PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Projects are normally carried out in the form of Feasibility Studies and/or Business Plans.

As a company we can help plan a clients project, be it a company restructure, a new product or a new start-up business.

The full project analysis, cash-flow, budgets etc can then either be handed to the client to use as a blue-print for the project itself or we can manage a part of, or, the entire project for the client.  

We normally break this down into four separate sectors:

Plans & Profiles have undertaken project analysis (Feasibility Studies) for many companies and individuals over the years. These have ranged from Start-up Airlines, through a Bridal Dress Rental Company to a Grand-Prix Race Circuit in West Africa

PROJECT ANALYSIS

From this analysis the time-from, costs and logistics of the project can be calculated.

PROJECT COSTING

The budget includes everything from property to paperclips.

PROJECT RESEARCH

This research can take on many differing forms. From market research to logistical research.

Every aspect of the project is taken apart and put back together with microscopic detail.

This level, and only this level of research can effectively give the answers to all the questions that need to be answered.
